WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1. Once you get in touch, we will respond to you within 24 hours. This will begin the back and forth communication necessary to get the process started.

2. Once we go over all the details and you are ready to move forward, we will email you a PayPal Invoice that you can pay securely online with any major credit/debit card. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. Paying this invoice gets you on our design schedule.

3. We then provide you with a digital proof of your design via email for your review and approval.

4. Once we receive your approval, your order is placed on the production schedule.

5. Lastly, we ship your order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and you will receive an email with the tracking information attached.

The process from payment to shipment takes approximately 2-3 weeks*

*A reasonable quicker turnaround can be requested for time sensitive items.
